your sales people will be able to link the CFC’s Customer Activity Dashboard directly into their existing Salesforce.com
Dashboards and reports. Amongst other things, this integration will also enable the CFC to document and track all of your
customer’s online activities (Knowledge Base searches, supports requests, file downloads, etc.) directly into their Account
History / Log within Salesforce.com.
