The Customer Feedback Center™ (CFC) incorporates patent-pending multi-language support capabilities,
allowing companies to brand their own version of the CFC to operate in virtually any language in use today. Language types
commonly requested include: Spanish, French, German, Italian, Russian, Chinese and Japanese. Each company can request and modify
their own unique language file for their CFC system.

How It Works:
When a customer visits the CFC, the system looks into their web browser to determine the language preference of that user,
and then presents the CFC to them in their default language.
