Customer Feedback Center™, which is delivered to our customers as a web-based software
subscription starting at $299 per month, and requires no software to buy, install or maintain.

Our History
Customer Feedback Solutions was started in late 2002 by veterans of the enterprise software
and customer communications industries. Our founders identified a critical problem that was not being addressed
by most businesses, even as they continued to ramp-up their online presence and drove more customers to their
websites.
Right from the start, we began to build an impressive customer-base, including FedEx,
UPS, Symbol Technologies, Blimpie International and many more.
